In one-to-one coaching, we meet in a protected setting, either online or in my space in Oldenburg, where all your fears, shame, beliefs, longings, wishes, and vulnerability have room and legitimacy.

Whatever kind of change you are longing for, I accompany you on the path toward it. Maybe you do not yet know at the beginning where the journey will lead - I am there for you with that as well.

Coaching for mothers

In coaching for mothers, we can look together at your needs, the needs of your child and other family members, and how you can bring them into balance. We can talk about boundaries and self-care, which often get pushed aside in family life. There does not need to be a strict separation from one-to-one coaching - in reality, it is often a combination of both areas because they are closely connected.

We meet in a protected setting, either online or in my space in Oldenburg, where you are welcome to show up authentically and as your real self.

I support you in finding a path to the goals you have set for yourself or in discovering what would truly suit you. Together, we search for work that feels genuinely fulfilling and that you can pursue with joy and dedication.

Mental birth preparation

Birth is an incredibly intense experience and carries enormous power. Sometimes, during birth or even already in pregnancy, we are confronted with inner fears, shame, and negative beliefs.

I help you uncover these often unconscious feelings and transform them into a positive force so that you can look forward to birth and act with self-determination.

Within this support, we can explore where your needs and boundaries lie and how you can stand up for them and care for yourself. If you wish, I can also incorporate elements from doula support.

Support after a difficult birth

During pregnancy, you probably spent a lot of time thinking about birth. You may have had clear wishes and ideas and prepared in the way that felt right to you - and then everything turned out differently.

Birth is not always only beautiful. It can also feel violating and traumatic. Perhaps you often feel sad or angry when you think about your baby’s birth. Together, we talk through what happened during the birth and what you felt and thought so that you can find your own individual way of dealing with the experience. Elements from doula support can also be included here.
